Grieve Your Way

The problem with Grief, is that we have never really been ‘Taught How to Grieve’. It’s not until we are in the thick of it, that we scramble around and try and find something that works for us, do something that makes us feel a little better for a little while, distracts us, and then we may ask for help. Yes grief is different for every individual, as we are all grieving different, individual, unique relationships. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Do what feels right for YOU. A lot of people don’t know the ‘right thing to say’, and yes, helping a grieving person is uncomfortable at times. But you are not supporting them for You, you are supporting them for Them. 💚 #grieveyourownway
