Self Care is so Important. Grief can be Exhausting!! There is a lot of crying, and sadness, and feeling empty. Self Care doesn't have to be all Spa Treatments and Walks on the beach. Do something you enjoy. It can be for 5 minutes or over an hour. You can be on your own or with a friend or family member that you trust. Take Care of yourselves xxx #selfcare #grieving #petloss

At Least... we say it all to often following a loss. Anything that begins with “At least...” like, "At least they didn’t suffer," or, "At least it was a quick death," isn't helpful to a grieving person. I didn’t realise I was saying it too, until it was pointed out to me. Now I am more mindful about using those words.
